I've been using my superdrive and superdisks to back up my most important data, but now that I'm getting into digital art and photography, I need something with more storage capacity.
I;ve taken a quick look at the various Mac catalogs I have and a CD-Rewritable seems to be the best way for me. Any recommendations or comments about particular brands? the LaCie is an affordable price -- Is it a good product? (I would want an external USB model.) Also, there seem to be two kinds of the Lacie CD-RW Firwire and USB or USB and SCSI. Is there any difference in the quality of the two types? If you don't recommend LaCie, what brand would you recommend? (Recommendations for storage media other than CD are also welcome, but I'd like to keep the price of the hardware under $250.) Thanks!!
