I've used the AT&T cable modem for 2.5 years now and am satisfied with the service. Costs though have crept up to $49 a month with tax (Seattle area). I like the speed, have an inexpensive hub attached to the cable modem with two iMACs hooked to it with a single ISP, as well as a CAT5 cable for my office PC laptop to access the corporate firewall. I'd hate to slow down to DSL or (gulp) a 56K dial-up service. Michael Fletcher
