How is that you pay $49/month, I'm in Seattle and pay $40, do you have
anything extra?  I have two macs and a PC hooked up to a SMB baricade
router.  Works wonderfully, or has since they got their network running.
Had problems during the transititon from excites network to AT&T's.  Your
speed depends entirely on how many people in your area are running of the
same node.  The more people with cable the slower the connection since
cable is a shared line.  My speeds are fairly good but there are some high
traffic times when it slows to a veritable crawl.
