Sorry if this is off topic, but I know there are Unix gurus with the
kindly Mac attitude on this list. I have been trying for about a week
now to get emacs 21.1 and ispell both working on my iMac, running
10.1.4. I do not want to use XFree - that's why I got a Mac. The
terminal is fine by me, or the emacs on aqua port. I have tried Fink,
but after carefully following all the directions still cannot install
any unstable packages. Anyone here have emacs 21.1 and ispell or aspell
working in a non XFree environment? I eventually want to start adding
numerous lisp packages such as BBDB, etc.

Off list replies are welcome if this strays too far from desired topics.

Tom
