Geez.... if you've never had a system bomb in System 7.1, you're either 
not doing something right, or not using it. :) It's a great system.... 
if you're doing word processing. But it's SCSI driver (among other 
things) were inherently unstable. It was, though, a HUGE improvement 
over 7.0 ('folderofdeath' anyone?)

Aye, it seems I have..... In past lives...er, i mean... employments, 
I've worked for school districts doing repairs (hardware and software) 
on everything from Apple II's to PCI PowerMacs... I've done in-house 
tech support for one of the bigger advertising agencies in the US, where 
I helped upgrade everyone from 8500's to 9600's to Blue&Whites to G4's 
(though one of the art directors was still using a IIci running 7.1)... 
I've done phone support at an Internet Service Provider in a semi-rural 
part of Texas (of all the places in the world to do tech support, I had 
to pick rural Texas.....)

If I told you who I work for now, I'd have to kill you. ;D
