Hi Shannon,

> Anyway, how do you boot up when there is a blinking question mark?

Hold down the Shift key at start up. This starts the Mac with extensions
off. You'll then have to open the Extensions Manager control panel and turn
off the offending extension. This can be a trial and error exercise but as

Perhaps the extension or control panel has KidPix in its Name or Package
(which are columns in the Extensions Manager).

Or

Hold the spacebar down at start up, this opens the Extensions Manager during
the start procedure. You can then look for the KidPix extension and turn it
off or alter the Selected Set to MacOS 9.x.x all and continue the start up.

Cheers,

Laurie
