Installing DOS is not necessary! Once you have created a standard virtual pc
and a empty harddisk image you can boot right of the Windows cd (for sure
with 98(SE), ME, NT 4 , W2K and XP) for a clean install. Only NT requires
some manual installs of additions and drivers but the other version work
without a problem (although W2K and higher are rather heavy on the
graphics).
