Norton Speed Disk defragments, it does not partition or initialize. You can
choose what "type" of defragmentation you want, and one of them moves all
the files to one side of a partition. However, there is no program that can
partition a drive without erasing its data first. If someone invented one,
though, it could probably make them a lot of money.
