If Kyle was just someone on the list, it might be unfair to ban someone from the list, but he is a List-Nanny, and when a List-Nanny speaks, list members must know what he says, or else they may do something that has consequences for the list.
I don't want that to happen, and I am glad that Kyle takes the steps necessary to keep his access to the list unobscured.
