Hey John; You may be right about some ISP's but it works with with AOL, Earthlink, AT&T, Verizon, and Optimum Online from Cable Vision, leads me to believe that many others exist, and for a cost of $10 must be worth a shot, most of my friends and family have followed what I did and it has worked for everyone, which included all the ISP's I just named!!
