it does, actually. or, it does as of the version in Jaguar. I the Jag 
version, you can specify multiple conditions as well as multiple 
actions...

as in:
if to or cc contains g-books
and from does not contain derr@

transfer message to mailbox LEM GBook
and set color of message to blue
