In my case the Jaguar install complained and would not let me install on a partition larger than 8 GB.

I've even used another OS 9 CD with similar problem. As far as my trials-n-errors tell me, OS 9 has to be installed first, or have another partition it can be installed on later - yet I had trouble getting OS 9 to boot from a second partition. The solution in my case was to install OS 9 first on the first partition. > Now what. Any suggestions. Thanks. Start over? I don't know what model of iMac you have, but if there is a way you can use two disks then try that. If you have an iPod, connect that, and put OS 9 in that to boot your iMac into Classic. -Les -- The iMac List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
