If you had a choice between a G4 350 mhz mac with nearly a gig of RAM vs a G3 500mhz mac with 256 mb RAM...which would you say is the most powerful ?
When visited my dad earlier this year, I had the 500 mhz iMac at home and used his G4 while visiting. I only had 256 mb RAM at the time so I thought that his mac would be much faster but it's not. I am asking this question honestly...I just want to know why the G4 would not be faster and put forth a more powerful performance ?
