I could be wrong, but it looks to me as if it has already disconnected (at 1:32:56), and subsequently keeps trying to disconnect, and that's what's failing. Do you have a phone on this line that you can listen to hear if the modem connection is down -- you should then hear a dial tone. Also, you can try "Zterm", a terminal app (there's a version for OSX). See if you can talk to the modem immediately after sending the disconnect -- just type "AT" and see if you get back an OK, that means it has returned to command mode. -- The iMac List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
