In the classroom, I needed heavy-duty computers for video production that will burn DVD's and have a larger screen than the older iMacs. However, I miss having the 2 earphone plug-ins and the start button that are located on the front of my older iMacs. So far, everyone seems to enjoy using the eMacs. No complaints yet.
