I just did this, this weekend, try www.theimac.com look under updates, print, follow instructions presto. (be sure to have the tools at hand and a cup so you can put the screws) when puting on the HD screws back, have something sticky like silicone to put on the tip of the screwdriver to hold on the screws, they dont go streight.
