I use an eMate and a 130 with an iMac, but you'll need a serial -> USB adapter to connect the two devices this way. I have the Keyspan twin USB adapter and it works great for this under 9.2.2 and below via NCU. I don't know how it works under Classic environment. > Palm Pilot is nice but I want to be > different, everyone uses it :-) I don't know a lot about > connecting stuff with an iMac. I refuse to learn Graffiti and the HR (handwriting recognition) of the Newt OS is still the standard by which all HR is judged, IMHO and is why I never made the switch to the Palm OS units. Plus, there's still tons of neat and useful software for Newt, some even still being developed. I don't use it for this anymore, but I still have a modem card and used to use my 130 for checking POP email and faxing all the time.
