This is weird. I have an iMac running 9.1, 20Gb hd with 6 partitions. The
main startup partition is 4Gb and has iTunes, and a few other aps on it
besides Sys9.1 folder. My kid was using iTunes .She had been weeding out
music she didn't want. I looked at the desktop and noticed most of the
junk I had there was gone. I could not figure out what happened. I
restarted and it started looking for a valid system fldr on other
partions, found one and started up. When I looked at the main startup
partition my system flder was gone! I freaked. Later when using Sherlock
to find Virex it said I had a Virex Control Panel on that original
partion in the system fldr that I can no longer find. Searched for other
things and Sherlock tells me there is a system fldr there but I can't see
it. I dbl clicked on the System flder on the Sherlock window and presto!
It opened showing me all the contents. I was able to copy them to another
disk. What is up with this? I ran Disk Doctor and it said that partition
has a problem that can't be fixed. Please help! Barry
