Any of the currently for-sale iMacs will do fine, speed of the 
processor is not as much a consideration as RAM. Get as much RAM as you 
can afford/the machine will hold.

But if you're looking at used machines, I'd recommend 500MHz or higher 
if it's a G3 iMac. For G4s you can get away with 400MHz.

People do run Jag on much lower speed machines, too, but I think for a 
really satisfactory experience you need at least 400/500MHz and at 
least 256MB RAM if not a lot higher.
