Not necessarily. While I was impressed somewhat with Safari's speed over IE, I was unimpressed by the lack of features that I need and use in IE. I'm waiting until a final version comes along before I decide whether I can use it or not. If I had to decide based only on this version, then I would have to say I don't like it. I tried Chimera as well, and found it to be faster than Safari, but again it lacks the features of IE, so I'm sticking with IE until something better comes along.
