I think I understand your position, Doug, but you'll notice that all the lists you mentioned are hardware- specific, not OS (except unsupported X, obviously.) Anyway, it's not for me to decide, but FWIW, I appreciate the list just like it is which is why I had to throw in my 2 cents. On that note, I also agree with others who have suggested that OS 9 is being relegated to the bone pile. Mac OS.anything was still better than windoze (IMO), but OS X has revolutionized my work and leisure computing experience in a way unparalleled since the way getting my first Mac changed my life several years ago.
