I like AppleWorks. Of course, my word processing needs are pretty simple. I'm a screenwriter, so most of the work I do is pure text. The screenplays themselves, I write on Final Draft, but I often write my outlines on AppleWorks. Plus, I'm currently writing a novel on AppleWorks, too. IMHO, "full featured" word processors, for maybe 95% of people do do word processing, are just stuffed with features you'll never use, anyway. AppleWorks, I think, is a word processor "for the masses." Enough features to create good looking documents without a plethora of unnecessary options. John A.
