I beg to differ, there, Jeremy. I bought a Rev.B "Bondi" iMac in
October of '98. The only difference between the Rev. A and B was that
the B had 6MB of VRAM (and a different graphics chip) and the A had
only 2 MB. Both certainly had infrared- I used to regularly sync my
Lombard to my Rev.B. The Bondi iMacs never came in 266MHz. The 266
models, aka "Rev.C" were the original 5 "Lifesaver flavored" iMacs. It
was beginning with those in Jan '99 that they lost the infrared and the
mezzanine slot and the Bondi was discontinued.
