A good place to start would be to use the Apple System Profiler, which will tell you everything about it's current configuration. If she has OS 9 or earlier it's in the "Control panels". If it's OS X it's located under the apple icon. Click about this computer, then the "more info" link.
Jack Russell I know something was said about the apple system profiler being under the apple icon in 9, but in X you need to go to Hard Drive>Applications>Utilities. At least, that is where it is in my setup. Thanks! Will __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
