That CD should work.  I say *should* because there is no way to actually
verify what the person is *really* seling.  The Rev A iMac was produced long
before OS 9.2.1 was released.  The problems people run into are with CD's
that were machine specific like one that was made and printed for a specific
iMac revision with only the files necessary to boot that *specific* model
iMac.  Retail installer CD's have the necessary code on them to boot a wide
variety of machines.  Since 9.2.1 was released *long* after that iMac it
should work fine.  It may not work...for example... On an eMac or a newer
TiBook or a machine that was released *after* 9.2.1 was released.
