Just getting started myself with Jaguar, have been using 10.1.5 for about six months. I like the Missing Manual because it includes a section on the Terminal application. It is also thorough and clearly written. I have always liked Robin Williams' books too. Her "Little OS X Book" is actually very big and comprehensive. I don't think it has much on Terminal, but it does have a very good section for OS 9 users migrating to OS X. If you really want to get into the Unix stuff there is a thick $50 book (forgot the title) that focuses on that, and was very favorably reviewed in Macworld.
