OK, going with the consensus I'm going to bump the memory to either 192 or 256 Mb from the existing 96Mb. Then I'm going to format the drive and do a clean install of OS 9.2. The software they are hoping to use is a Veterinary Clinic simulation game. The box calls for 266Mhz but it doesn't have video or a 3D environment or such so I think it should run just fine. The other games they have are all older and have lower system requirements.
I'll keep the daughter card replacement on hold for now until they are pushing the limits again. Then as one reply pointed out I can come in and play hero again. Cool Thanks for the help.
