I have one Apple Pro mouse with teeth marks from a cattle dog on it.
Still works. Maybe we've been lucky but never had any problems with the
pro mouse other than the small diameter cord. In crowded conditions
it's easy to have the cord slip just far enough under the mouse to
block a click.

Now Apple Pro keyboards? That's another story. <G> Had two of the pro
keyboards turn to caca but the mice have held up fine.

I think it's pretty much a your mileage may vary kind of deal. The
only furstration is the Apple Tech saying "oh that's never happened
before". At least the prince of darkness has been quick to replace the
Intellimouse when they fail.
