Here's something that really amazed me. I recently tried to open up some very old files. They were made in 1991 with MS Word. Text Edit, v.1.2, OS 10.2.4 opened these files. PERHAPS MS Word could have opened these files. I don't know as I don't have the program. However, I was quite impressed. The formatting was messed up, but the content was there.
Also, we probably all, unfortunately, have these dark types of pc friends. Could people post their replies to the list so that they are available to everyone? Thanks!
