If you can't find a cap that's exactly 220uF, you can wire 2 or more in 
parallel so the uF's add up to 220. The voltage rating can be higher than 
the original (the original probably popped because it got more voltage 
than it's made to handle). Dunno about temperature, but I assume anything 
close will be okay-- if this circuit's getting hot enough to boil water, 
you've got other problems.

The voltage ratings for 220uF's are 35, 50 and 100v, but that's good-- go 
for the 50v.
