Sorry to rant on, but this is one of my pet peeves.
It's a worthwhile rant. You, me, the "Code Bitch", and a lot of others find it a pet peeve. Stupidity at it's zenith. Why would anyone want to go to the work of writing a web site, that did not use standards so every browser could visit?
