Kyle,

Actually when I went to pick it up after the first PAV board and tested it
on the customer counter the monitor went lighter and lighter and lighter
right before the tech and myself. So maybe it was a rookie and he didn't
check the switch as you said.

Would it be possible to enlighten me on this switch you mentioned (off the
list of course), with a PDF tech sheet or something?

That's a new one on me, and I replace these on a daily basis.  There are 2
CRT types: HH and LG.  If the tech was a rookie and ordered the wrong PAV
board (or ordered the right one and forgot to check the switch setting) you
can have it fail, but it won't blow the CRT.

That looks like the PAV board to me.  Do you ever have it turn off by
itself, or fail to turn on?
