Hello, all. I need to create and maintain a few web sites. Son #1 did this for me in the past, but he is beginning to be too busy to do updates whenever I need him to do so. He has DreamWeaver MX on a PC, so I need to find my own software.
Could I hear some of your recommendations for appropriate software? I don't want anything too complex. My life is complex enough as it is right now, and I think I would go in brain overload if I really had to understand what I was doing! However, I don't want to be limited with software that only handles the basics, either. One of the web sites will basically be just a few pages - its purpose will be to keep friends and family updated as to my husband's health. The other web site will be possibly 10-15 pages and related to our home school organization. One of its pages will be an application for folks to print out, fill in, and mail in order to join our organization. The current incarnation of this organization's web site has such a form, which opens nicely on a PC but is skewed almost beyond recognition when I bring it up on my iMac. (Incidentally, the current web site was created about two years ago on unknown software.) I'm on an iMac DV 400, with 9.2.2. internally and 10.2.whatever on the external HD.
