Is there anything I can do to burn with "Disc Burner"?
If I remember correctly, there is a conflict between Roxio's extensions for burning and Apple's. Roxio's program probably moved the Apple extensions in the "disabled" folder to prevent problems. If you disable Roxio's extensions and restore Apple's extensions, Disc Burner will probably work again. Probably.
As a second question: is there any good freeware/shareware to burn CDs?
In Mac OS X we have an embarrassment of riches in this dept, but in OS 9 your only other hope (if you can't get Disc Burner to work) is to stay with your Toast Lite (or better yet, upgrade it -- it's not horribly expensive and it's a heck of a good program!).
