I noticed today that the dimensions of my display change when I open and close windows.
Sounds strange that you have just noticed this weird effect!!!
I don't have the answer to what it is or what causes it, but I have experienced this on most of my Macs, though I can't remember that far back (been doing this too long...)
If anyone has the explaination to the phenomena I would be interested too.
BTW nothing to worry about. :o)
