Has anyone heard about this? It seems that the Beatles have a copyright
on the trade name "Apple Corps", and when MacIntosh started calling itself
Apple, they sued the Mac PTB and won! The upshot was that Mac was allowed
to use the apple designation for computers, hardware, etc. but agreed NEVER
to use apple for music related products.

It appears that they are doing so, and a suit is in the works. The lawyer
for the Beatles says this will be like taking candy from a baby and shakes
his head in wonder that the Mac PTB would be this stupid.

It does make one wonder.

Zippy
