3. The whole "Apple Corps" vs "Apple Computer" is asinine; just like the "Lexus" vs. "Luxus" brouhaha a few years ago. Who can confuse a CAR company with a WATCH company? So how can you confuse a COMPUTER company with a moribund RECORD label? Only a lawyer is that stupid. (Classic joke time: What do you call a criminal lawyer? A redundancy!)
There are times when I think we should go back to when being a lawyer was a capital crime.
