I'm also running OS 9.2.2 with OS 10.2.6 on my little iMac DVD 400 G3. Anyway, just for the heck of it I thought I'd see if I could find the ObjectSupportLib you are talking about. I did, with the help of Sherlock 2. Here's how it tracked:
Mac HD ->Installers/Updaters->Mac OS 9.2.2 update ->Software Installers -> Upgrader Files ->ObjectSupportLib I'm no authority in these matters, but based on the above, it appears that ObjectSupportLib got installed as a result of an OS 9.2.2 update.
