I installed 10.3 on the iMac and suddenly my wife can't sync her Handspring Visor anymore. This has worked reliably since we were running (if I recall correctly) 8.5. Now it keeps telling me helpfully that error -1 has occurred. I don't see how they could have broken something as basic as USB functionality, but I guess anything's possible.

Mike, the same thing happened with Palm Desktop 4 on my iMac. The solution is to enable ROOT access, log in as "root", reinstall the Palm/Handspring desktop software, restart, log in to your normal user profile, and it should work. Don't forget to DISABLE root access after you log back into your normal profile.
