If it's the 333 Rev D, I don't believe you CAN upgrade the processor. And the memory maxes out at 384 MB (mine did, anyway), regardless of what you stick in the upper and lower slots. Considering that OSX requires a minimum of 250+ MB memory, that doesn't leave you much free RAM to play with.
