Running OS 9.2.2 and Internet Explorer 5.1, the Favorites are in the System
Folder ->Preferences ->Explorer. I do not know the process for moving them
into Safari. I recommend you check the Help function for Safari.

Mail files are in the Identities Folder, which could be in a couple
different places. Look first in the Applications Folder ->Outlook Express
5.02 Folder (or similar named folder). Else, use Find File or Sherlock to
search for location of "Identities." Within the Identities Folder, you can
see all the interrelated files controlled by the application. Do not
disturb the arrangement. There is a particular method of importing the
necessary pieces into Mail, which I am not able to describe. Check the Mail
Help function, or I trust someone else can help.
