The $130 version uses a slow USB connection.  It would be fine for watching
TV in a small window, and if that's all the original poster wants to do then
it should work perfectly.  But for full screen video, I would guess that the
low bandwidth of USB would start to show.  The FireWire version of the EyeTV
it $350.

On the ultra-cheap side, I've used an "Interview" USB to video cable ($20
off eBay) to watch TV on my old Bondi iMac.  It worked, but when blown up to
full screen (even at the iMac's lowest resolution, 640X480) it was very
blocky and choppy.  Also, it didn't have a built in TV tuner, so I just used
a VCR for that.
