Hi there,

Yes, you can delete the printer drives without problems, and No, it is not
easy to remove the language folders(Except for some of the fonts), as
language folders are part of each application. There are applications that
will help you remove them, I think. Try searching Versiontracker.com for
remove languages or something similar.

Finally, I think you need to run "Repair Priviledges" from Disk Utility.
With a little bit of luck, that should make you able to run Finding Nemo
again.
