Now - I'm trying to remove Jaguar and re-install 9.2. I'm doing a clean install of 9.2 right now - and will see what happens! I've done a bit of reading on removing OSX, but am still fuzzy on the best way to do this. I really just want to get back to having 9.2 on that blueberry. Thanks.

language folders are part of each application. There are applications that
will help you remove them, I think. Try searching Versiontracker.com for
remove languages or something similar.
Finally, I think you need to run "Repair Priviledges" from Disk Utility.
With a little bit of luck, that should make you able to run Finding Nemo
again.
