Hi, Claire. Just downloaded and ran the Appleworks updater. Here's how it plays out now: on OS9 the updater brings AW up to version 6.2.8 and the X version weighs in at 6.2.9. The updater is a package which determines the proper upgrade for the system on board. I'm pleased to see that I now have multiple M$ Word "Save As" options. And I'm checking out the "PrintToPDF" shareware app on my next day off. Thanks, all, for clueing me in to this great update and this nice little shareware app!
