Are you looking at the caps from bottles that are specially marked "Win a free iTunes song!" on the outside, or just plain normal Pepsi bottles? If they do have the iTunes labels, but you're not getting any winners, maybe someone where you shop is going through and tilting the bottles to look under the cap before buying, leaving just the non-winners for you to buy.
