I live up in Canada, so we are out of luck on the Pepsi iTunes 
promotion, but from what I have read there have indeed been some 
regions or areas of the U.S. where there seems to have been some holdup 
in getting the special caps into use. Also, I have read that some folks 
have pretty quickly learned a way to tilt an unopened bottle and see 
enough to tell whether it has a winning cap or not, so I wondered if 
this might have given Pepsi some reason to back off and redesign the 
caps. Maybe not, as you would think this would take time which they 
really don't have.

I was wondering about that. My family must have gotten 30 winners. And 
we don't drink that much pop. Mostly they've come from my coworkers. 
If Pepsi is only giving away one million songs nation wide, it seems 
I've really gotten a disproportionate number. Either I'm very lucky or 
certain areas of the country (I live in suburban Buffalo) are favored 
by Pepsi and/or Apple for who knows what reason.
