Hey, here is a quick easy option for transfering files
from ipod to any mac. It is called XPOD.
I will attech file to email if not to big, If doesn't
work or you don't trust attachments, I think I found
it on Cnet's downloads.com. Or just google search for
it. Install on computer. Then attach Ipod. Then
drag app onto ipod disk image. Then you can take
anywhere. On any computer just plug in ipod, say no
to emptying ipod. then double click on ipod disk
image. then run xpod. it will allow you to sync all
hidden files. By the way, the ipod is a great
transport for any files not just mp3's. You can stoe
pics, docs, programs, then plug in ipod to computer
and drag to new computer. its like a portable hard
drive.
