Hi Al, I believe www.crucial.com has instructions to walk you through it. I would purchase the 512 MB Dimm chip ($115.00) from crucial while your there; as 64 MB is not really bringing you near the capabilities of your imac. I'm assuming you have a G3 Power Mac like myself.
