Hi Roxanna, 

Can you describe your problem a bit more in detail and tell us what the
Apple-folks told you three times? And when you say that you were able to do
things before, you don't say before what. I can see that your webpage is a
mixture of a photo album and some stuff you added, and that might be the
problem. But please tell us a bit more what is the problem. Perhaps we can
help you better then.

I had a problem with deleting a persistent file from when .mac was iTools,
that didn't want to be deleted. I wrote my complaint in the .mac user forums
and two days later, I got a message there that they could see the problem
and were going to delete the file. It took them a few days, but it went
alright. 

Considering that the service certainly isn't business oriented: no
uptime-guarantee, no personal account manager to complain to, etc., I think
that I am getting quite a lot from .mac, and I will certainly re-subscribe
in September or whenever it is again.
